2022 Indias Republic Day (26 January) All You Need know

The Constituent Assembly of the Government of India drafted a constitution for independent India.

The constitution was passed by the Indian Parliament on January 26, 1950.

Every year since that day, we have been celebrating January 26 as Republic Day. That constitution has made India a sovereign democratic nation-state.

The constitution was written under of Mr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar.

The symbol of the Republic day declared in our constitution is our most beloved national flag, known as the "Triranga" .
